Q: How much do you charge?
A: $50.00 per hour, hourly limits can be negotiated per project if neccesary. We require half payment up front, half on delivery.

Q: Are you accepting all types of projects?
A: No, we pick and choose our projects according to what we are able and ready to build. However, the better an idea is, the more likely we will agree to build it.

Q: How long does it take to build a gadget?
A: Depends on the project. Could be anywhere from a few hours to a month or more.

Q: Any money-back guarantee?
A: There are no refunds for work already completed.

Q: If I need support?
A: Support is done on a case by case basis. $50.00 per hour is the charge.

Q: How does this work?
A: Just fill out the form for a free quote for the project, if we agree to do it, we will negotiate a set of specifications for the project that will be followed for it's construction. After that, we do require an advance amount of money to begin (to be determined on a project by project basis), perform the construction and check back with you as we go along. Once it's ready and you sign off, the rest of the bill is transferred as well as the gadget code.

Q: Who owns the code when we're done?
A: You do.

Q: Advance payment?
A: We require half of the quoted payment up front. It's a show of faith to make sure you are comitted to paying for the project. It's not personal, just a guarantee on our end that we won't do a lot of work and have a client cancel at the last minute and decide not to pay us.
