Let us know about any problems you run into by opening a support ticket. Be as descriptive about the problem as possible so that we can try to replicate and hopefully fix the issue in future releases.
Why is there no Facebook chat?
This is due in part to technical and UI issues that currently prevent us from implementing this feature. Facebook has released chat, but in a very specific format. We plan to look into this in the future to see if we can implement it, but there are no guarantees.
I got a post limit error when trying to update my status.
Facebook currently maintains a 20-25 post limit for status and link sharing through the API per day. We're hoping they will boost this in the future, but in the meantime, if you receive this message, you can open up Facebook via the link at the top (FB) or specific post links via the launch button on the flyout.
